Greetings Siblings in Ministry!

We have some exciting updates to share with you all!

First, the dates for the Pastoral Leadership Conference are July 7-9 at Muskingum University, New Concord, OH. At this time, we have scheduled workshops on Leadership in: Followership, Finance and Resources, Racial Justice, and Emotional Intelligence. We will be adding information to the website in March and will keep adding details (like registration and costs) in the coming months. We are grateful to our partner, the Organization Leadership Graduate program at Muskingum University.

Second, Princeton Theological Seminary is interested in developing a new CRE training program from the ground up and have asked for our help! Dr. Johnna Herrick-Phelps, Associate Dean for Online and Digital Learning, will be leading focus groups comprised of CREs currently serving onThursday, March 12 (10am), Thursday, March 19 (10am) and Tuesday, March 24 (1pm). These meetings are envisioned as listening groups to learn what current CREs think training for pastoral service may look like in the near future. I will be sending registration links to the 90-minute Zoom meetings through the CRE email list. If you know you would like to be a part of the focus groups before the registration links are available, please contact me and I will be sure to send you the information. After Easter, Dr. Herrick-Phelps and I will be reaching out to presbytery leaders involved in CRE training to be a part of another round of focus groups.
