This is an introductory workshop on developing our inner lives to challenge and supplant “White Christian Nationalism” in our emotions, thoughts, personal engagement, and policy engagement.


Pastor Vonnetta L. West is a community builder, educator, public theologian, convener, and human rights advocate known for her work around neighboring well, creating cultures of honor, nonviolent strategies, and leadership dimensions.


Pastor West is the founder and visionary behind Neighbor Up, a growing movement focused on inspiring and activating people to neighbor well in every area of life. She the organizer of the Neighbor Up Summit and other gatherings that inspire and equip people to be good neighbors and practice courageous love.


Pastor West is Senior Trainer and Instructor in Kingian Nonviolence with The King Center in Atlanta, and pastor of Our Neighbor’s House, which is building an educational center in Liberia West Africa.
